About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Consultant with 10+ years of frontline IR experience, ideally gained in a large listed company. The successful candidate will play aleading role in autonomously advising and supporting high-value clients acrossthe entire investor relations value chain. This is a hands-on consulting role with the opportunity to solve complex challenges, implement the IR strategiesof the MENA region’s leading companies, and contribute to Iridium’s innovation lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ IR maturity using proprietary diagnostic frameworks to develop management recommendations
- Implement management recommendations in collaboration with client teams
- Analyze and interpret market trends, sell-side research, consensus, peer disclosures, and company valuation to articulate investment narratives
- Prepare, review, and coordinate the production of IR deliverables, including results announcements, investor presentations, earnings calls, and capital markets days
- Create supporting IR materials, such as management briefing packs, earnings call scripts, Q&A documents, market intelligence reports, and board packs
- Manage or support share register analysis, investor targeting, anddevelopment of investor engagement plans
- Work directly with corporate executives as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Mentor a team of analysts and contribute to AI innovation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualifications (CFA, MBA, ACA, CPA) an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations at a listed company
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality IR materials, managing earnings cycles and capital markets days, and engaging with both buy-side and sell-side
Experience & Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of finance, accounting, capital markets, and IR best practices
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
- Professional presence and ability to build credibility with C-suite executives
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage small teams
Ideally, you will also have
- Previous experience at a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank
- Participated in ECM orDCM transactions
