Use of Iridium web site

The failure or delay of Iridium to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Iridium’s right to enforce that right.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the DIFC Courts, Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
